Coming from the US, I have tried several traditional massages for my neck and shoulder pain. It gave me relief but always seemed to come back. So I wanted to try something different. And so I found Adyant Ayurveda and got everyday massages for 10 days. Here are my thoughts:
Pros:
1. On time service. Never had to wait in the waiting area for more than 5 minutes
2. Accommodating: I was late a couple times, they never gave me a hard time about it. They still gave me full sessions.
3. Client oriented: The doctor always took into consideration what I wanted, focused on exactly what I asked for and successfully delivered to my needs.
4. Good feedback loop: My massage therapist (Revathi) took regular feedbacks on how I was progressing with my pain and always focused on my pain areas. If I requested additional attention to a specific pain area, I was never told no. I’m sure all therapists in this location are good!
Cons:
1. Only 1 thing, bathrooms. They have a cleaning lady on facility but I’m not sure if she’s cleaning bathrooms everyday. The shower area had hair stuck to the walls for a few days straight which tells me the shower area was not cleaned every day. Shower drains were clogged. Toilets for the first few days were also dirty. However when this was brought to the doctor’s attention, they took my feedback with an open mind. I’m hoping this gets fixed.
Overall thoughts: I recommend this place. I felt really good and relaxed after each massage session. The massage rooms were well maintained and clean. I think it’s a great place to help with pain management.

After suffering from chronic issues and neglecting my health for over a year and half I decided to come to Bangalore from Dubai to get a thorough Ayurvedic treatment done. After researching many ayurvedic centres in and around Indiranagar, I decided to go with Adyant and it was the best decision I made.
Dr. Manasa is God's gift to mankind; she's one of the nicest and kindest doctors I've met and not once did she force me to do something that wasn't required. On the contrary when I would tell about the list of treatments I wanted to do, she'd tell me that you need to listen to your body's needs and not push it beyond it can take.
I first did 14 days of Panchakarma Virechana and I was always scared to do it but the entire team at Adyant Indiranagar made it absolutely comfortable for me. Not only would Dr. Manasa check on me everyday, Dr. Shereena and Dr. Shreelaxmi were constantly in touch with checking how I was doing and what and what not to do. On the virechana day, they were checking on me every 1 hour and I have never seen such doctors who are constantly worried about the welfare of their patients.
Right after Panchakarma I wanted to start 12 sessions of Udhwartana and Dr. Manasa told I should give my body time to adjust as its gone through quite an intensive process. After giving a gap, I started Udhwartana and it was the same time that Ramadan started so I was doing my treatments while fasting.
Dr. Shereena would check on me every single day after the treatment asking if I was okay and if I am able to handle it while fasting.
Throughout my one month experience at Adyant I felt cared for and could bring up any issue at anytime and I would get a response to it almost immediately. I came to heal my physical issues, however, along with that I've gotten a lot of mental peace and didn't realize how much my stress has reduced. Just sleeping well and waking up rested feels like such a big blessing.
