These therapies are not only beneficial for skin, it also focused on inner health with therapies like shirodhara, abhyanga which not only nourished the skin but also focused on stress relief which reflected on the skin. I took Abhyanga and shirodhara therapy. It was amazing, relaxing and rejuvinative.Therapist was very polite and efficient. Best part of this center is the hygiene and their ambience.
